How do I send in a receipt?

If you make a purchase and don't get credit for it automatically, you can send us a photo of the receipt through the app. Click on the menu button and then click 'Upload Receipts'. Then, take a photo, fill out the amount, date, and payment type, and hit 'Submit Receipt'.

Take a photo of your receipt to attach it; be sure that it's legible and well lit so our team can read it- we need to see the location address, date, amount, and method of payment.

Important things to remember:

- Ensure the store name, date, amount and payment method used are visible.
- Be sure you select the proper payment type (last 4 of your linked card, cash, other card).
- We try to review receipts within 24 hours. Depending on the volume it may take as long as 72 hours to approve your receipt. Holidays can also affect this turnaround time.

Note: if you click the 'Upload Photo' button and nothing happens, go to your phone settings to check to be sure that you have permissions to access photos from your phone turned ON (on Apple iOS this appears as 'Read and Write').
