How do I earn flames?

United States Locations:

• You will automatically earn flames when you place an order through the app or in-store with your registered credit card.
  • Note: if you pay with an American Express card on an in-store purchase, flames may be delayed up to 3 days. If you don't receive flames for your purchase within 3 days of the purchase date, please submit your receipt through the app to earn credit and our team will add the purchase to your account..
• If you pay with cash or an unregistered credit card, you can submit a receipt through the Upload Receipts page in the app.

Canada Locations:

• You will automatically earn flames when you place an order through the app. To earn credit for in-store purchases you must upload your receipt through the Upload Receipts page in the app.
